Things to Consider

Face shape - For each face shape there are styles that work best. For example, those with high foreheads might try a messy, spiky style to minimize their exaggerated features.
Fashion- Choice of cut can depend on the fashion of the day. For different generations, hair length can be associated with different lifestyles.
Hair type - This factor enters into a decision on cut because different types of hair work best with different cuts. For example, someone with thick unruly hair might want to wear it short.
Convenience - Many cuts can be done by a parent, while others require more skilled hands. Also, depending on the cut, there is a great different in the amount of time one should expect to spend on daily styling.

Maintenance - Maintaining short hair is fairly effortless, and long hair can be easily tied back. Medium lengths need to be styled daily and cut often, in addition to other cares, such as shampooing and conditioning.

Cost - Long hair requires little cutting and minimal styling product purchases. Short cuts can be done at home, saving money. Medium cuts are the most costly because of the constant maintenance required to achieve the desired look.

Different Hairstyles For Boys

Bowl cut - Done by placing a bowl on the head and cutting the hair that shows beneath, this cut allows more length on the top of the head.
Classic cut - This easy to maintain cut is short on the sides and layered on the top. Also, this cut is short in the back and around the ears. A great clean look.

Novelties - Other options include colored dyes and the cutting of shapes into the hair.
Buzz cut - Simple and easy, this military style can be done at home with a set of clippers and requires no styling at all.

Caesar cut - Cutting the hair to a length of one to two inches and brushing it forward creates this look. This style can be done with clippers and provides short bangs.

Afro - A long style for those with extremely tight curl to their hair, this is a popular choice that stands on the head creating a large circle.

How to become emo

How to become emo

if you want to become emo you are that the right place, first thing first you have to know what emo means short for "emotional .What is emo? Well most people would consider it punk with emotion is what we would call the classification of a new rising way of feeling your inner self.

step one/emo hairstyle/haircut:Dark hair with light or colorful streaks is the substandard for emo hairstyles. Some prefer to have long bangs that cover one eye or one side of the face. For boys, short and choppy is the ultimate emo hair. For girls, longer hair with lots of layers and razor-cut bangs is important. It is very common for emo girls to have blonde chunks in their hair. Bright-colored chunks such as lime green or pink are becoming increasingly popular. Even if you cut the rest of your hair short, keep the bangs longs.

The emo's era

As most have noticed, teens tend to group themselves. Not all teens, just those who feel they need to be apart of a group or style. I for one, prefer the way of Scene Kids. But what gets me the most, and most other Scene Kids, is that people dont take the time to notice the difference between Scene and Emo. I mean, they see the difference between every other style, like goth, hardcore, punk ect.. Why not Scene and Emo? Most people would say there isnt a difference, but there is. Heres how a scene kid differs from an emo. Scene kids are naturally happy, very colorful, loves all music(or just about anyway), they know how to fight, they dont take crap from no one. To top it off, WE DON'T CUT OR GET DEPRESSED EASILY! A scene kid is really jus a mix of everything, sure we have the emo hair style, but we color it to match our personality. Ever noticed hardcore kids with tight pants? thats where we get our tight pants from. We took the medium shirts with band logos from the punks. And some of our speech comes from those who are stuck in the 80's. We are loveable people in general. I hope that all you people whom could not tell the difference now can. Hopefully this opens the eyes of people who diss emos and us scene kids. We scene kids are different and dont like the term emo used against us. Think twice before calling a scene kid emo. Cause we arent even close to the same thing.
